I created this course to give future crew an accessible, affordable, and genuinely comprehensive starting point in an industry that is constantly evolving. Whether you’re just beginning to explore aviation or you’re ready to take your next step, this course is designed to guide you with the clarity, confidence, and insider knowledge you need. 

I started my aviation career over 20 years ago, & have experienced the industry from every angle. I began my own journey as cabin crew and eventually moved into management and training roles, supporting new crew as they prepared for the skies. I’ve worked with two major airlines, gained firsthand insight into what employers are looking for, and watched the role of cabin crew grow, shift, and adapt to an ever-changing aviation landscape.

Because I’ve walked in your shoes (and yes — the high heels, too!), I understand the challenges, expectations, and excitement that come with joining this profession. My goal is to bridge the gap between dreaming about becoming cabin crew and actually stepping confidently into the role. This course brings together everything I’ve learned — the operational knowledge, the service standards, the safety responsibilities, the human factors, and the practical realities — all delivered in a way that is up-to-date, approachable, and grounded in real experience.

I am passionate about aviation and even more passionate about helping new crew succeed. Over the years, I’ve watched countless individuals take their first step into the industry, grow into capable, confident professionals, and build careers they’re proud of. I want the same for you.
